What a buyer actually pays, and to whom

Beyond the purchase price, expect the following in the medina as of 2026: registration tax (around 4%), adoul fees (around 0.5%), agency fees (typically 2.5–3% for the buyer side; we are explicit about ours on every mandate), and — if you choose to convert the melkia to a titre foncier — land registry fees.
