How we work
Fees, mandates, and what you should expect
We take exclusive buyer-side mandates. The fee is 2.5% of the purchase price, payable on completion, disclosed on the mandate and fixed. On a property where we represent the buyer, we take no seller-side commission.
Viewings are in person. The first is with Mouad. Photographs and addresses of active listings are held off email until a mandate is signed — for the seller's privacy, and for the house.
